Anti-Corruption compliance

Compliance Programs

An anti-corruption compliance program is a "documented, corporate plan designed to reduce the likelihood that the company will engage in violations of the anti-bribery provisions of [anti-corruption laws], and to detect such violations and bring them to the attention of senior management, if they occur."  Daniel L.
